Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and sent you an order confirmation.

payment cannot be authorised; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

If tracking shows an attempted delivery, awaiting collection or that a parcel is being held at a local depot, you may need to contact the relevant delivery service to arrange redelivery or collection.

Please contact us if your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed.
