Shipping Policy

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or stop the shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return eligible items after receiving them in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-Orders

Selected YUNDIA pieces may be available for pre-order.

Our weekly pre-order cut-off is Sunday at 11:59 PM (UK time). Orders received before the cut-off will be included in our next supplier order from South Korea.

Pre-order pieces usually require approximately 7–14 working days before they are ready for dispatch. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on availability.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order pieces, your order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

UK Delivery

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail.

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.

For orders under £50, delivery charges and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched and do not include processing time.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasional delivery delays may occur during busy periods or while your parcel is with the delivery provider.

If tracking shows an attempted delivery or that your parcel is awaiting collection, please get in touch with Royal Mail to arrange redelivery or collection.

If your parcel appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please get in touch with us, and we’ll help investigate.
